Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
